The residential tower project is located at the centre of Sentul KL, consist of 448 units of residential unit ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms unit on a 1.9-acre land. The tower plan is square with centre lift core linked to residential units by bridge linkages. The large airwell in between encourage cross ventilation and lighting into the core area.

There is a mixture of 1 to 3 bedrooms on each residential floor. The combination is varied on each floor to give variation to the facade overall permutation result from stacking of different size units. A few communal facilities and landscape deck are inserted onto the tower at different floors, serving as interaction spaces at high levels.
